Where is the Festival?

When is the Festival?

VIPs are allowed entrance at 5PM and General Admission starts at 6PM. The event ends at 9PM, sharp.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $40 for General Admission. VIP is sold out. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.placervillebrewfest.com/

Where is registration?

Registration is in the Round Table Pizza Parking lot on the corner of Main St and Bedford Ave

Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket?

You only need a ticket to take advantage of the unlimited pours. Anyone can come to the event.

I don't want to deal with parking/traffic. What should I do?

You should ride Lyft!

What do I get for the price of my ticket?

General Admission - Unlimited tastings and 5 ounce branded plastic taster. Entrance at 6 PM.
VIP - Unlimited tastings and 12 ounce branded plastic taster and a reusable swag bag. Entrance at 5PM.

You must be 21+ years old with valid ID to attend.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are fully transferable at the event. You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID to enter the festival.

Will there be a coat/backpack check?

There will not be a coat/backpack check. Also, lockers are not available for rent.

Can I bring my child?

Although we highly recommend leaving all children at home, children are allowed, only if attended to by a parent at all times. Keep in mind the festival can get extremely loud.

Why is there a line to get in?

Many beer enthusiasts line up well in advance for the festival, and there will most likely be a line at the entrance. An ID check of all who enter the festival is required. The line will move quickly if you have your ID out to make the age verification process run smoothly.

Will there be any food or non-alcoholic beverages available?

There will be two food trucks along with all the restaurants on Main St. available to purchase from onsite. Two complimentary water stations will also be provided.

Should I drive?

Public transportation is always recommended when drinking alcohol. We would like to offer a few alternative options for you.

Parking
Parking is available on street near the event or at the Center Street Parking Structure. Come early for preferred parking.

Who puts on the Placerville Brewfest?

The Placerville Brewfest was created by the Placerville Downtown Association and is brought to you by Beers in Sacramento

Can I bring my own water bottle?

Yes.

Re-Entry

Yes, there is re-entry but you cannot bring your beer outside the venue.

Security Information

Weapons are NOT allowed.

Additionally, as a reminder the wearing of gang affiliated clothing is NOT allowed.

Intoxicated Guests

All guests of the Placerville Brewfest are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event.

Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the event.

Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event staff, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
